Backstop is a specialist temporary recruitment and training agency. We were set up in 2000 by a qualified social worker who wanted an agency that has social care values at heart. We pride ourselves on finding good job matches, which is probably why over 6/10 of interviews arranged by Backstop in 2010 have turned into placements.

Because we fully understand the market where you operate we are well placed to negotiate the highest rates of pay for you.

Ongoing support

Once placed, we will maintain regular contact and provide support and advice. Once your placement is coming to an end we will work with you to secure your next placement. We have locums who have happily worked with us for a number of years this way.
