As part of our Senior Management Team you will ensure the provision of effective, strategic and operational leadership and management within a Local Delivery Unit (LDU). You will contribute to strategic planning and prepare and implement the LDU Business Plan, ensuring the best use of reducing resources. Committed to improving performance, you will lead the delivery of high quality services to protect the public, meet the needs of communities and victims and rehabilitate offenders. You will also be required to represent the Chief Executive with external agencies, stakeholders and staff as appropriate.

CQSW/DipSW/DipPS qualified or equivalent, you will possess a detailed understanding of the Probation Service objectives and operating environment. With a good understanding of change management, you will bring strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to engage with external agencies and stakeholders when required.
