An exciting opportunity has arisen Qualifications and Workforce Planning Officer to join the Human Resources Team of Greater Manchester Probation Trust (GMPT), based at its Headquarters in Old Trafford.
The successful candidate will play a dual role in the coordination and implementation of the Probation Qualification Framework (PQF), and provide support in workforce planning/development activity to enable the Trust to build the skills and capacity of its workforce.
You will ensure that GMPT employees on the PQF programme receive effective support via line managers and Practice Supervisors and are provided with appropriate academic and work based learning opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the programme across GMPT and work closely with the HR Manager, Officers and line managers regarding the progress of learners
You will work with regional colleagues and academic providers in developing effective processes for recruitment, workforce planning and development, which meet GMPTs requirement for a skilled and qualified workforce.
