  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  Our client is looking for an experienced Youth Offending Officer to join the Youth Offending Team in Bedfordshire. The Youth Offending Officer filling this role will have proven relevant knowledge and experience.
  
  A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS' EXPERIENCE IN YOUTH OFFENDING IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
  
  YOUTH OFFENDING OFFICER DUTIES INCLUDE:
  - Caseload management
  - Risk Assessments, such as Asset
  - Court work
  - Report writing, including PSRs
  - Database management, such as YOIS
  
  REQUIREMENTS OF THE YOUTH OFFENDING OFFICER:
  At least 12 months’ recent statutory experience as a Youth Offending Officer
  Experience of managing a generic caseload
  Writing reports such as PSRs
  Knowledge of the Scaled Approach & Effective Practice
