Julie Hou: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Fully REC qualified, Julie has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment. Julie has always specialised in the public sector, having recruited for a wide range of local authority clients. Her interest in the criminal justice and public sector stems from her time studying Law and at Backstop she looks after our probation roles. Outside of the office Julie enjoys Latin dancing and has a passion for Spanish culture, property development and travelling. She also has a black belt in Karate so make sure you’re nice to her!
