Natalie Hall: Client Business Developer
Natalie is Client Business Developer for our Recruitment team. Her role is to drive Backstop’s client relationships forward and open up opportunities for collaboration. Not satisfied with client contacts alone, Natalie identifies opportunities for us to reach into new sectors where our candidates may have great experience and be best placed. She also keeps in touch with candidates looking for work to ensure their career needs are looked after and kept up-to-date on our system. Natalie has a BA (Hons) in Media & Sociology and a wealth of admin experience behind her. When she’s not busy seeking out new opportunites, Natalie likes nothing more than to explore new, far-flung places – she once even rode a camel through the Sahara Desert!
