Backstop is seeking a Finance Officer to undertake a range a financial tasks including managing ledgers, credit control and processing payroll; and to contribute to the overall improvement and smooth running of the Finance department. You will need to possess good organisational, analytical and communication skills, be enthusiastic and highly motivated to succeed in delivering a high quality financial service.

Backstop was established in 2001 to provide people and services to the Criminal Justice Sector. Our primary activity is recruitment consultancy, but we also offer training and report writing service.

Job opportunity ~ RECRUITMENT PROCESS COORDINATOR

Title: Recruitment Process Co-ordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

Backstop was established in 2001 to provide people and services to the Criminal Justice Sector.  Our primary activity is recruitment consultancy, but we also offer training and report writing services.

We are now seeking a motivated Recruitment Process Co-ordinator to play a key role in the smooth-running of the Recruitment Department.  You will be responsible for: ensuring we meet stakeholder compliance; working with the Senior Recruitment Consultant to prepare and provide KPI reports; and act as a point of contact for initial enquiries. You will need to possess strong organisational and communication skills; have a good working knowledge of Excel and demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate team actions.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, with the added satisfaction of working for an organisation committed to the best outcomes for young people.
