Welcome to the new Backstop on-line library. A regularly updated area designed with Youth Offending and Probation practitioners in mind. Browse the topic areas to your left and click on document that interests you. It will be automatically downloaded in pdf format to your pc where you can read, or print it off at your leisure.
 There’s been a library at Backstop’s real (not virtual) offices for years. Because we have a commitment to best practice, especially where our temporary practitioners are concerned, we’ve always made books available. This printed library of real, not virtual books, is still in existence and open to all Backstop registered practitioners to borrow from. Click here for a list of the titles available.
