Backstop interview hit rate is the business!

Now and again we decide to go all pointy headed and start analysing statistics to find out more about our business. You probably know we take great pride in how we match candidates to jobs so well, but we didn't realise our "hit rate" was so high. According to our figures on candidates we sent out in 2008, over 60% of interviews we send you to turn out to be successful placements in YOTs, Probation and other agencies. Some months it's been nearer 70%! Just goes to show that it pays to come to the specialists in the criminal justice field. And that our registered practitioners are so the best!
