If paying by invoice, full payment is due within seven days of the invoice date or seven days prior to the course, whichever comes first. An invoice will be sent to you as soon as you sign up to the course.
Should you decide to cancel you will receive the following refund:
Alternatively, you can send someone else from your company for no additional charge.
Moving to a different course
If you wish to move to a different date for the same course then this is treated as a cancellation (and subsequent re-booking) and is subject to the refund criteria above.
Backstop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course at any time. In the highly unlikely event of this happening, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled training day.
