"The psychoactive drug Spice - which was suspected to have been found in large amounts at Holme House prison - is leaving inmates with permanent brain damage, according to the Prison Officers Association.
The spokesman told The Gazette that the find was the most “professional” case of drug trafficking he’d seen in 30 years, after the suspected Spice haul was found disguised in two cells."
